Booking & Reservations

  • How do I make a reservation?

    You can book your stay directly through GibraltarStay.com using our secure online booking system. Simply select your dates, choose your apartment, and complete your reservation online. If you need assistance, our team is available by email or phone.

  • Can I modify my booking?

    Yes. If you need to change your reservation, please contact our team as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist, subject to availability and our cancellation policy.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and bank transfers for eligible reservations.

  • Is a deposit required?

    Yes. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking value is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining 70% balance is automatically charged 30 days before arrival.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Upon reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking value will be automatically charged through our payment system. The remaining 70% balance is automatically processed 30 days prior to arrival and becomes non-refundable once charged. This policy applies to all reservations made directly through GibraltarStay.com and affiliated booking channels.

Check-In & Arrival

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in begins from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

  • Do you offer self check-in?

    Yes. All apartments feature a convenient self check-in system. A few days before arrival, guests receive a four-digit lockbox code providing secure access to their apartment.

  • Can I request an early check-in?

    Yes. Early check-in is available upon request and subject to availability on the day of arrival. We also provide luggage storage in the building from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM.

Accommodation & Facilities

  • Is there a lift in the building?

    Yes. Grand Central House was fully renovated in 2020 and features a modern high-speed lift providing convenient access to all floors.

  • Is parking available?

    Parking is available nearby. As Grand Central House is located in Gibraltar's historic city centre, on-site parking is not available. The nearest pair and secure parking options are Midtown Car Park and ICC Car Park, both within approximately a 5-minute walk.

  • Are towels and linens provided?

    Yes. Fresh towels and bed linens are provided for all guests throughout their stay.

  • Is Wi-Fi included?

    Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is included in all apartments.

  • Are the apartments family-friendly?

    Yes. Our serviced apartments are suitable for families visiting Gibraltar. Travel cots can be provided upon request, subject to availability and free of charge.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Pets are welcome in our Catalan Bay beach properties. For Grand Central House, pet requests are considered individually based on the length of stay and breed. Please contact us before booking.
