Master Penthouse Double Room Ensuite with Terrace

Great value, helpful staff and a beautiful terrace! I highly recommend staying here. Positive: The location is perfect, the facility is clean and the terrace was beautiful with plenty of room. Elise was very helpful and responsive. In fact all of my communication with the hotel was prompt and helpful. The check in process was quick and simple. It is a great value for Gibraltar! Negative: I can only speak of our room. It is very compact for two people. I had to move the bed a little in order to get the closet doors open.

Excellent location, walking distance from the border, cable car and in the town centre. Positive: We loved being able to sit out on the terrace looking up to the Rock. This certainly made up for the very compact size of our bedroom.

Beheerder reageert goed op berichten Negative: Er was die dag een grote stroomstoring in Gibraltar, dus liften, airco en licht deden een deel van de dag helaas niet Een hele klim naar 5e verdieping waar dit terras appartement zich bevindt Het bed heeft aan de oppervlakte voelbare veren wat niet comfortabel ligt Ik denk dat een topper op deze boxspring dit zou oplossen. Het is wat gehorig als er mensen harder praten in de gang en trappenhuis. Bedienen van apps opTV wat ingewikkeld

Centrally located, clean and within short walking distance to most locations. Positive: The property is very clean and modern, it’s not well noticeable from the outside but local assistance was able to direct me to the right door late at night. Negative: They advertise parking on their facility search options. Even garage parking, this is misleading and needs to be removed from their offered facilities. There is no parking nor do they provide parking or garage parking onsite, these are provided by other business locations under 10 minute drive or walk from the accommodation which is notified after you book with a very informative welcome pack.

I know gib well and this place is well situated Positive: Fab location, loved the roof terrace with sun lounger Negative: Nothing can be done on this but the seagulls did land right on my roof and wake me up very early.
