Positive: Spotless and well comfortable and central in town

Positive: Great location. Modern and clean place. Easy access.
Negative: Lack of kitchen equipment. Aircon units required the windows to be open for exhaust pipe and needed constant emptying of the water tray.

Negative: Air conditioning hoses were not plumbed so the rooms were hot. Uncomfortable sleeping.

Perfect
Positive: Really good location and place. The time response of the host was very quick and everything we needed was provided.
Very happy
Negative: The fans were tricky to use and we had to keep the paper tubes out otherwise the room would just heat up.
Also would have been handy to have a dish rack and maybe some kitchen towel (or tea towel) for the guests to keep the place clean.
Other than that the place was very comfortable.
