Perfect location but comfort needs a bit of improvement — noisy AC and poor mattress make for a restless night Positive: Great location, right in the heart of Gibraltar, walking distance to everything. Clean apartment and well equipped kitchen. Special mention to Jamie, who was incredibly helpful — he prepared the apartment early so we could check in 1.5 hours ahead of schedule, and kindly allowed us to store our luggage in the lobby until 3pm even though checkout was at 11am. Excellent service!😊 Negative: The apartment is quite small and cramped for two people. The air conditioning was extremely noisy, making it impossible to sleep with it on — a big issue in June heat. The mattress was very soft and uncomfortable, and only 2 pillows were provided for 2 guests.

L'appartement n'est pas très agréable mais bien équipé en électroménagers. Belle salle d'eau. Ascenseur. Equipe entretien sur site de 11 à 15h. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages dans l'appartement jusque 15h maxi. Negative: Appartement un peu sombre, petit, étriqué. Grande cuisine, grand frigo mais peu de place pour circuler. Très peu de vaisselle, insuffisante pour 2 personnes. Une machine à laver cycle 15mn mais rien pour faire sécher le linge.

10/10 Positive: It's a cozy little apartment that has everything we need: amazing bed (truly, very very comfortable) with a high-pressure hot shower that hugged us. The facility is extremely well located, and anyone staying should have breakfast in "Piece of Cake" (pink cafe right across) and Rock Noodles (Indonesian Beef Noodles was fantastic, and the girls are wonderful!). From La Linea, you will take around 20 minutes by foot to get there, and the trip is worth it, with several historical landmarks and beautiful vistas. It's also very close to the Main Street, with a huge amount of stores to spend your money. Highly recommend it! Negative: To be honest, everything was indeed fantastic.

Communication was outstanding — quick, friendly, and reassuring throughout. The location couldn’t be better: just a short 5-minute walk to Casemates, making it ideal for exploring Gibraltar while still feeling calm and comfortable. Exceptional value for money. Pleasant stay Positive: The property was very central only a few minutes off Main Street. The property was very clean and well presented. There was a lift. Negative: The apartment was dark as there was only a small window at the end of the room. The room was very small, but it had everything we needed and as we only stayed 2 nights it wasn’t a problem for us.

Great stay Positive: Very clean minimalistic.... loved the location. Negative: No Ice tray for making ICE in the freezer. The bath towel was very small... Petty but little things would get a better review.

Excellent apartments in a great central location Positive: The location is perfect right in the heart of Gib just off Main St, so you are right there amongst the shops, pubs and restaurants. It's just a 5 min walk to Casemates Square, and only 10 mins walk to Ocean village, where there some amazing restaurants and pubs. The apartment access - access was easy - they send you an email a few days before your trip, which gives you access codes to the outside door, and the key lockbox outside the room. You get the key from the lockbox, and then keep the key for the duration of your trip (ie you don't have to go in the keybox every time you go in and out the room!). There is a lift and stairs The room itself was amazing. Comfortable double bed, wardrobe and drawers, kitchen area with cooker, fridge freezer, Table and chairs, good thick blinds to keep the light out when you want to sleep. The TV was a bit hit and miss with finding channels, but the Wifi was excellent. Negative: The TV's were a bit hit and miss. We had 3 rooms, and we all had the same issue, of trying to find a channel with some decent connection to channels. I had a perfect connection to a history channel, and some other channels, but other channels it just wouldn't connect, giving a limited connection.

Geweldige locatie met fijne host en goede faciliteiten. Positive: Geweldige locatie met alles op loopafstand, ook de grens. We hadden een klein keukentje en een hele fatsoenlijke badkamer. Alles werkte goed en het gebouw was makkelijk te betreden, maar gelukkig niet aan de allerdrukste weg zodat het wel rustig was. Ook was er een smart TV aanwezig wat fijn was om zelf bijvoorbeeld wat YouTube op te kijken. Negative: Er stond een losse airco in de kamer, maar die maakte veel geluid. Het was bij ons gelukkig niet zo warm dus was het prima hem uit te zetten in de nacht, maar als het heel warm is kan dit wat vervelend zijn.

Very good , comfortable and stress free Positive: We had a lovely weeks stay here , location was perfect , full kitchen was great , key pick up and drop off seamless , communication fantastic , bathroom spot on . Negative: The bed was a bit too small for us , but manageable. An iron would have been handy as we took suits with us .

A most delightful apartment indeed! Positive: It was perfect in every way! Good sized apartment, incredibly clean, great lighting, and comfortable. Right next door to a little corner shop that sells a bit of everything. It's in the centre of town and well positioned for all the sights. Negative: Nothing.

Negative: A/C HARD TO CONTROL AND DIFFICULT TO OPERATE AND NOISY AND NOT PARTICULARLY EFFECTIVE. ALL ELSE OK.

PERFECTA UBICACION Y APTO SUPER COQUETO Positive: La ubicación, la limpieza, techos altos, cocina súper equipada, edificio por dentro muy cuidado, en todo momento disponibles por mensaje dando las instrucciones los arrendadores. Negative: Si vas en coche, como en todo Gibraltar deberás meterlo en un parking que no son nada baratos. El aire acondicionado es portátil, ni split ni central.

Ok but could be better! Positive: Communication with the host was good, she was very nice. Negative: The floor has to be better cleaned, especially the part between the bed and the kitchen, it had some sticky portions when I came. And I strongly recommend that they offer a few pods/cleaning detergent for people who stay a few nights. It is offered in most other places of the world, including in poorer countries. Generosity and care go a long way! And also kitchen towels. The neighbour across the window talks loudly and angrily on his phone, for hours, with his window open.; I think it's necessary to have a talk with him, he needs to learn basic info about sound propagation and respect towards other people. Felt a bit unsafe initially because of that.
