Positive: Very clear instructions of self check-in. Clean and well furnished. 1 min to main street 10 min walk to bus stop. The balcony provides a glimpse of the rock.

What an interesting place to visit! Positive: What a surprise to find all you need in a small, very well designed place - two step out balconies, the kitchen even has a window! Breakfast possibilities are around in walking distance. The stairs walking to the upper rock are literally vis a vis. Quite a hike. Arriving at the end you have a georgeous view on the sea. You might decide to enter the park from there. We highly praise the extremely friendly staff who were in immediate contact with us when we forgot an item in the apartment. Negative: Remember- it is British. The plug system, therefore is as well. Bring adapters.

Another enjoyable stay Positive: I stay in these apartments nearly every other weekend. They are very central, 30 seconds off Main Street. The staff are so friendly and helpful, always ensuring that you have a great stay. Negative: The coffee machine wasn’t working

Excellent stay, would book again. Positive: The apartment is excellently situated near all amenities. The property itself has been completed to a high standard. The apartment had everything we needed & was a great size. For the 5 days that we were there, we didn't need anything else. Elise was brilliant, as we had a medical emergency, which she responded to quickly & efficiently. Elise is an asset to the tream. Overall, we had a great stay & would definitely return to Grand Central House again, on a return visit to Gibraltar. Negative: The only slight issue we had was the bed... we found it was a bit hard for us. This is down to personal preference & for others, it may be ok.

Gibraltar Rocks! Positive: We loved everything about our stay in Gibraltar. The communication for arrival and check in was wonderful, they have staff at the building during most of the day and the place was super clean and comfy. We wanted to stay one more night and they helped us sort that out and even moved our luggage to the new room for us. Maria helped with taxi info and everything went super smoothly when we left. Loved the location, one block off main Street where all the shopping is and just a short walk to loads of cafes, pubs and easy access to the Rock. 10/10! Negative: There was nothing we didn't like. This place is great! Historic Old building but it's been fully modernized and has a lift for luggage. We even had a washer/dryer in our room which was a bonus!

Clean and bright Positive: We had to book late at night due to a flight cancellation and we received a reply straight away. Easy to find, clean and ideal for our stay Negative: Shower head could be bigger but nothing else

Positive: Very nice traditional building with little balcony. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. Close to main street. Negative: The air conditioning was quite noisy and did not make the room any cooler. It was like a fan - it felt good having air blown into your face, but when you switch it off to sleep the room was quite hot.

Best value for money in central location Positive: Central location, ease of checking-in and out, host available for any queries. Negative: Scuffed balcony doors and an empty fridge wasting energy (I wouldn't mind paying extra for any drinks or snacks taken).

Positive: Everything you could need, very clean and comfortable. Great location. Really well appointed.
