A superb stay in Gibraltar, we had a great experience. Positive: The apartment was in a very convenient location in the old town and had it had a traditional character feel. The balcony was nice a nice addition allowing us to relax with a view of the Rock. The GibStay staff were all very helpful with any enquiries. Thanks again. Negative: Nothing

TV with Netflix etc. Check in process was super easy and the hosts were super quick to send the info through. The apartment is well located within the Town with lots to do nearby. Excellent stay. Wish we could have stayed longer in Gibraltar (2 days) but hope to come back again sometime. We were based in Malaga, ha Positive: Clean and tidy, nice size for a couple, centre of town. Included a large kitchen/ sitting area, includes all the electrical stuff you need during your stay. Nice powerful shower which I always like, comfy bed. Negative: Couldn’t get the TV to work we wanted to watch the end of Eurovision, it kept saying unable to connect, had to watch it on our phones. No big deal but had to include something.

Great place, great communication, would go back again, for sure.! Positive: Great location with easy access to Main Street Negative: Coffee maker did not plug into the outlet, wrong plug, no adapter. We also had to leave the building for a fire alarm, but this was just our bad luck.

Enjoyable Positive: Location good. But No Water for a shower or shit in the Morning!!Water was turned off for two hours. Negative: No Water for two hours in the Morning for a shower and shit.

Perfect location. Positive: Fantastic location. Right off the town. Perfect easy walk to all shops. And market place. The company we booked with Where absolutely superstar nothing was too much trouble. Went out of their way to make sure you’re staying was a good one. I would 100% recommend them to anybody easy to get hold of easy to talk to really helpful very accommodating. I could not fault them whatsoever as for the housekeepers yet again, absolutely fantastic really lovely ladies. There’s a lot of companies out there that could take some pointers from this company. Don’t have one single fault about them friendly helpful go out of their way. Apartment is in a perfect location. Negative: A bit noisy if windows open in day time. But after 5pm it’s quiet. Fantastic Noodle bar right next door . Coffee shop, beautiful cakes just steps away. Sofa is broken and was uncomfortable . Mattress was really uncomfortable . But within hours the company had changed it over. This apartment needs a little attention sofa far too big too many tables in the lounge area . Windows on the balcony really need looking at one window missing as you can’t open other one. not feeling too safe to have them open.

Positive: This was our second stay at these apartments and was a perfect location for us. Within walking distance to where our daughter lives and the airport. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Negative: We only stayed 1 night so not a huge issue for us but it would be helpful to have a toilet roll holder and decent hooks for the towels in the bathroom

Positive: Lovely apartment. Location was great, right in the centre but quiet enough to sleep, very clean & very friendly staff. The addition of wash up liquid, shower gel & hair products was a great help. Negative: Not a criticism but maybe adding a few extra utensils in kitchen would be a help; e.g. oven gloves, scissors, dinner plate mats. A brush maybe to sweep up. Other than that apartment was well equipped.

Fantastic Positive: All of it, only wanted it for the day so as we could have a shower and leave our luggage as on a late flight. The staff could not have been more helpful. Apartment was clean, cosy and just off Main street and and a 5 min taxi to Airport also probably the cheapest place in Gibraltar
