Excellent, central location. Extremely helpfull staff.
Positive: An excellent location, close to Casement Square and Main Street. Extremely helpful staff allowing you to leave luggage ahead of the room being ready.

The few problems mentioned above, but generally good accommodation would reckon it
Positive: Good location , clean appt , friendly staff.
Negative: The door entry system was a nightmare, no lights in my bedroom ( apart from very dim bedside light ) after reporting this it was rectified, bit short of kitchen utensils ( no frying pan ) preparing knifes . Very stained settee in lounge.
