A sparsely equipped apartment but what was there was sufficient for our stay. Superbly located. Positive: Excellently located and the chap on reception was very helpful. Vast range of TV channels. Apartment was sufficiently equipped for a short stay. Air conditioning units were welcomed. Communication from the owner was provided when requested. Negative: The rooms were quite sparse but it was sufficient for our stay. We had the shower from above leaking into the shower but this was fixed quickly.

Gibraltar- Monkeys etc. Positive: Great location- no parking though. You pay for Midtown parking - cost about £50 for less than 2 days! Negative: No hooks in bathrooms. Clean but very basic.

Very pleasant and highly functional if you want to spend most of the time exploring the town. Positive: Great location with easy access to the old town centres. The lift was welcome. Negative: The street noise can be a bit noisy at night

Halte sympathique à Gibraltar centre Positive: Très bien placé. Un service de réception sur place entre 11h et 15h. Ont pu garder nos valises le dernier jour jusqu’à 15h alors que nous étions en ballade sur le rocher, ce qui nous a permis d’éviter d’aller les déposer à la consigne de l’aéroport. Negative: Appartement fidèle à la description, pourrait mériter du mobilier plus neuf (en particulier les lits). Climatisation bruyante (heureusement il ne faisait pas chaud et n’en avons pas eu besoin).

The few problems mentioned above, but generally good accommodation would reckon it Positive: Good location , clean appt , friendly staff. Negative: The door entry system was a nightmare, no lights in my bedroom ( apart from very dim bedside light ) after reporting this it was rectified, bit short of kitchen utensils ( no frying pan ) preparing knifes . Very stained settee in lounge.

The stay was satisfactory for the short time we were there Positive: Location, easy to get to Negative: We had 2 properties, one had the portable air con piped through the wall the other didn’t meaning we had to leave windows open to run it. It was the one on the 4th floor

Lovely stay, cute apartment and perfect location! Positive: The staff were always really quick to respond to queries and letting us store the luggage early was a life saver, and they made it available to us much earlier. The location is incredible, just a 2 minute walk from the square, and extremely grateful for the air conditioning! It was snug, but ample size for a family of 5 for the 3 days we were there. Would 100% return and already looking at re-booking again. Great internet and well supplied with kitchen equipment, although we only really used the fridge and freezer. Negative: Could have done with some cleaning facilities, like a sweeping brush maybe. The sofa bed is probably best suited for one person, so we did a bit of adjustment and swapped who was staying where, but it wasn't a problem, just an observation.

Fantastic! Positive: Fantastic location and very clean and tidy. There is a lift in the property which is convenient. Towels etc provided and anything you don’t have the staff are more than happy to assist if you message them. Negative: It is a bit noisy as it’s right in the centre and could be an issue if you are a light sleeper but that didn’t bother us as the location was great!

Perfectly located. Positive: Less than 5 mins away from ICC carpark, very centrally located. Also the QR code for how to use the appliances like the washer dryer-located on the TV table. Nice touch. Above all, the ease of communication with Amy the building manager, was exceptional. When we had to make amendments to our booking, she solved any logistical problems for us, like having our luggage moved from one apartment to the other. One tiny thing; if you have a level 1 apartment overlooking Engineers lane, like any Iberian flat, there’s a bit of street noice. Bring earplugs. The apartment on level 2 was fine. Overall, thoroughly recommend this place.

Excellent Positive: We had an excellent stay at this apartment. The place was spotless and very well maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The facilities were great, and the apartment had everything exactly as described. Check-in was super easy with the lockbox, which made our arrival stress-free. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Gibraltar’s centre, which made getting around really convenient. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Great central location to explore Gibraltar Positive: Property is in a great location. Apartment was clean and spacious. Stayed with my husband and 2 teenage sons. They were happy to have a double bed each as we used the pull out in the living room. Really easy check in process and they messaged to let us know the room was ready a little early. Negative: Beds were a little uncomfortable , but no bed is as good as your own, and only 1 pillow each if sharing a double bed.

Fantastic and Worth It Positive: The location of the accommodation and the quick response of the staff is exceptional. We also loved the features of the rooms. It felt just like home. Negative: Limited TV channels but we barely watched it. If you're into football, then you'll be fine with watching international leagues.

Excellent apartments but on the small side, would stay again Positive: Really nice and clean, very comfy beds. The bathroom was immaculate, the shower was excellent. The location was perfect to enjoy Gibraltar . Everywhere was walkable. Access via the key safe was straightforward. Communication with the host was effortless. Negative: The only downside would be if you were at maximum occupancy and using the sofa bed in the lounge it would be quite small. Due to circumstances this didn't apply to us. Probably not a problem for a group of younger people. We could have done with a couple more saucepans but we had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Fantastic location, quiet whilst still being in the centre. Positive: Fantastic location. Lovely and quiet whilst still being right off Main Street. They supplied a travel cot for our toddler. They also responded to messages quickly. Negative: We were visiting family so weren’t bothered about not having a view but this might bother others.

Would definitely return. Positive: It was very central. It was easy to get anywhere in Gib, but quiet enough to sleep. Staff we met were very friendly and the apartment was comfortable and clean. Hairdryer, cooking utensils etc were all provided (although we didn't actually use them.) The pull out couch in the living room was more comfortable than expected. A cot was supplied as requested, but we thought providing a little bag of toys for the baby to play with was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. We really appreciated it! We had a great stay and would definitely return. Negative: The paint on the wall in the living room needed a little attention. Also the handle on the dresser fell off.
